Silver Crane, epilektoi, implacabilities, a few feats, whats going on? i added epilektoi back, but is there a reasonn it was taken down?

I have a book that has a race, class, and a few items and feats I would like to see added but I dont know who to contact nor how to contact someone to try and get the content added.

I was making an NPC today that is a Stormbrand archetype of Stormbound. Thing is, I ran into a wall. I kept trying to find a way to search for [brand] veils, and I can't seem to find them. Where are [brand] veils located?
