Benefit: You may invest essence into maneuvers that you cannot normally invest essence into.
Whenever you initiate a maneuver that has at least one point of essence invested into it, one ally within close range (25 feet + 5 feet per 2 initiator levels) gains a number of temporary hit points equal to your character level plus the essence invested in that maneuver. These temporary hit points stack with other temporary hit points granted by you, up to a maximum of of half of the ally’s maximum hit points, and last for one minute. This effect can only trigger once per round.
